THE TIMES OF INDIA EDUCATION ICON AWARDS FOR HONORING THE BEST IN EDUCATION

The Times of India group conducted a research to find and award THE BEST in education. The objective of this research was to arrive at Top Education Icons of Ahmedabad in their respective categories. The survey had five major modules to arrive at the analysis & final ranking i.e. Desk Research, Nominations, Parametric Ranking, Parents’ Survey and Final Rankings

From more than a 100 nominees, a parameter-wise analysis of the candidates in each award category, and a weighted scoring of each nominee was carried out.

After this step, a primary survey of parents, across segments, across the city of Ahmedabad, was done to get a perceptual mapping of various participants across categories.

Based on the above 4 steps, a weightage based ranking was done for each category, and the final standings of each category were established.

This has been possible due to the joint and congenial efforts of the students, teachers and co-operation of parents.
