It was a proud  moment  for the school , when the film shot and  edited by
young students of Std 8 ,9 and 10 – “ The Gut Feeling “ received the Special Jury Mention Award  for ‘Best direction’ in the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival Award Ceremony  in the Short film students’ category on the 30^th of April 2015 at Delhi . This film was scripted and directed by the Creative Advisor of the School Ms Preeti Bhatt who attended the award ceremony as the delegate from the school.

Over 800 entries were sent from all over the country out of which only 200 were selected to be screened, which included full length movies, documentaries , advertisement films and short films. St Kabir School had sent two films and both films were selected for the screening along with other films from India, Spain and Japan and Bangladesh.
