Educational field trips are opportunities for students to satisfy their inquisitiveness. An educational field trip to Serenity Botanical Garden was organized for the students of class 7 of St. Kabir School,  Drive In A block to make students understand about the interdependence of plants and animals.

This botanical garden is meant to educate students on natural heritage. They were given an overview on plant kingdom which included how the plants came into existence. 

Students explored many new species of flowering, non- flowering and medicinal plants. The details of each plant were displayed on ceramic plaques. There were different species of butterflies and birds too.

Students experienced the melodious sounds of birds in the midst of beautiful nature. The trip ended with a video on how human beings are destructing the nature for their selfish motives. The students brought back a crucial lesson of preserving nature for future.
