KABIRIANS GO FOR LEARNING BEYOND CLASSROOMS…!!!
On 11th October’ 23, the students of Std. 8 of St. Kabir School, Drive In A block went on an educational trip to Dandi Kutir and Adalaj Stepwell along with the teachers.
They visited the Adalaj Vav and learnt about the beautiful stepwell and its implications in today’s time. They observed the wonderful architectural style of the structures built by the Vaghela dynasty during the 15th century. The students appreciated the great Indian heritage at this place. They understood the grandeur and splendor of the Indian culture and heritage. They could feel the pride over Ahmedabad getting the status of World Heritage City as declared by UNESCO.
Later during the day, they also visited India’s largest and only museum built on the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. Children were amazed to experience a dramatic, biographical narrative on the life of Gandhiji showcased through technologies such as 3D mapping, holography, 360 degree projections and transparent Led screen. Children learnt and experienced the dilemmas, struggles and sacrifices that Gandhiji had faced in pursuing his pioneering ideas.
It was an enriching educational trip wherein the students were satisfied and pleased with the learning!
It was a memorable trip indeed!!
