KABIRIANS ENJOYED THEIR VISIT TO A FIRE STATION AND KHOJ MUSEUM…
In order to make learning more fun, the students of Std. IV were taken for an educational trip to Fire station and Khoj museum.
The students started their amazing journey in a comfortable private bus arranged by the school management.
At first, the students visited the fire station. They learnt about how the fire fighters help the society at large. They got a hands-on-experience on fire safety and the essential community helper- the fire fighter. They watched how fire fighters use their fire truck in an emergency. The fire fighters showed them the different equipments used by them and demonstrated the use of a fire extinguisher.
Our children were told about the emergency number which they can call when there is a fire. It was a fun-filled, informative experience which the children can use to associate with their immediate environment. Their visit aimed at learning about the duties of fire fighters and also to get fire safety tips such as: • Not to play with matches • To avoid burning things • To avoid playing with electrical appliances.
Then they visited Khoj Museum. It was a wonderful place for the children. There were three sections – water section, animation and bubbles.
On entering the museum, they were taken to the Bubble Exhibits in the museum.
