All over the world, more than 60 billion plastic pens are used and thrown in a year. These waste plastic pens are not collected at source, hence are not recycled, and they are irresponsibly disposed causing air, water and soil pollution.

Hence a waste plastic pen is dangerous for our soil.

With this Project in mind, Penpals started aiming at creating a ” Litter – Free-Free Literate World “. Ms. Anuja visited our school and explained about the grave problem by showing a video.

The students of Std VIII of St. Kabir School Drive IN A Block understood and decided to work towards solving the problem. They took a pledge to work hand in hand to make the mission successful!!
