The early celebration of Gandhi Jayanti was done on 30th September ‘22 at St. Kabir School, Naranpura. It started with drawing the attention of the audience through a comic act of Munna Bhai MBBS related to Bapu. This enlightened the energy at the assembly.

The students of 11th gave speeches on the Journey of Mahatma Gandhi’s life and the relevance of his life in modern day errands. The students gave example of “Aatma nirbhar bharat” as suggested by our honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi being the new “Swadeshi movement” by Gandhiji.

The students of class 9th enacted the events of Gandhiji’s life including Yaravda jail incident, stealing money and others. These acts were done so beautifully, they conveyed the message of learning the good from every event of life.

Later on the students were addressed regarding Laal Bahadur Shastri as he shares the birthday with Gandhiji and were taught to link the learnings from the journey of Gandhiji and Laal Bahadur Shastri to the present times and instil the morals in their lives.
