INNOVATIVE MINDS COME UP WITH NEW MODELS IN -AVISKAR 2019 (ST.KABIR SCHOOL NARANPURA)
AGROBOT PROJECT 1:
Students designed “AGROBOT” which is an autonomous irrigation system which senses the moisture in the soil through soil moisture sensor and is programmed in C++ . When it detects less than 50% soil moisture, it automatically starts supplying water. When the moisture level is above 50% the submersible pump is on low mode (stops). It is given power through solar panels. This is a prototype and can be applied on large scale irrigation project.
Farm guard Robot has an infrared sensor which can detect body heat. So if a stray animal or a trespasser enters the field, it will send a signal to the farmer by the blinking of LED.
LIFEBOT PROJECT 2:
“Lifeboat” can sense heartbeats and report us if a person under debris is alive in case of disaster like an Earthquake.. It is very important to remove the debris as soon as possible to save lives. So students designed a debris collector. It can collect and transport debris from site of earthquake so that people trapped beneath the debris can be evacuated easily. It has a RC command to easily move the robot. It is compact so can quickly move over the debris.
