Waste management in Developed and Under developed countries

On Thursday, 22nd February, we had a session conducted by Mr. Ashish Agarwal and French Ophthalmologist Dr. Mathews.

The session was to talk about waste segregation and the difference between developed and under developed countries. Dr. Mathews, who has come to serve to the underprivileged people, explained the difference and shared his firsthand experience  with  children.

After the discussion, Children took an oath to refuse polythene bags and also the things brought in polythene.

Children also shared the way their families have begun to segregate waste at home in two bins.

The lively interaction has put a long lasting impression on the growing future.
