THINK BLUE AND GO GREEN THIS HOLI!

Center for Environment Education (CEE) has taken up the initiative to spread the awareness regarding the Eco-Friendly Holi Celebrations, with an effort to avoid the environmental degradation caused in this particular festival of Holi, the festival of colors. The colors used in Holi contain a lot of chemicals, which are not only harmful to the skin, but are also harmful to the environment. CEE had organized the sale of organic colors,in various schools, including St. Kabir Drive-in Old Branch. These colors were made from different ingredients such as Pomegranate, Spinach, Beetroot, and so on. Students and even their parents had flocked the stall with keen interest, curiosity and the will to save the Mother Nature.
