Students of St. Kabir – Naranpura and Navrangpura learnt a lot during the Educational Trip to New Delhi and places around

Forty five students along with four teachers of St. Kabir School, Naranpura and Navrangpura branches went to New Delhi on an educational trip. They went to the Red Fort and Quatab Minar and learnt in detail about the Mughal era and the peculiarity of these structures and the Mughal architecture too. They also viewed the Light & Sound Show at the the Red Fort and realized the grandeur as well as the reasons for the decline of the mighty Mughals.

They went to the Railway Museum in Chanakyapuri and Heritage Transport Museum in Mewat District of Haryana and learnt about the ancient and Neo modern means of transport which included the land, water and air transport.

They went to Kidzannia in Noida wherein they participated in numerous activities at numerous centres. The learning at these activity centres was immense and the students while performing each role acted truly professional!!!

The cherry on the cake was their visit to the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the official residence of the Indian President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee. They had a detailed tour of all eminent rooms of the house and were told about the significance of each of those rooms. They viewed the different exhibits and learnt greatly through them. They also got to view the Mughal Gardens.

They visited some other places like the India Gate, Raj Ghat, Indira Gandhi Memorial, Lotus Temple and learnt at these places too.

The visit was a truly treasuring experience which the students will ever cherish!!!
