ST. KABIR CREATES CULTURE OF RESPECT FOR THE CLEANING STAFF ON TEACHERS DAY!

During the Teacher’s Day celebration at St. Kabir School, Naranpura on 3rd September, the swachhagrahi students paid a tribute to the entire cleaning staff and the security guards. They presented a rose and a chocolate as a token of their respect and love to each one of them in the School Assembly Hall.

The school intends to create the culture of respect for the ahyas who keep the school premises, classrooms, washrooms, corridors etc. clean all through the day. The basic idea behind this act was to acknowledge and appreciate the cleaning and support staff and to inculcate the sense of responsibility among the students for neat and clean surroundings. This would help boost clean and hygienic habits among the students and also help inculcate the dignity of labour.

The members of the cleaning staff were interviewed in the Assembly Hall by the swachhagrahis wherein they shared the challenges and problems that they face in order to keep the school spic and span so that the students can learn in a clean and healthy environment.
