Little Kabirians (STD 3) were all set to start the day by exploring and enjoying the activities at kids city on 4th Aug 2018 along with their parents ,teachers & supervisor.

Kids city is designed for the kids between the ages of 5 to 14,  an own little mini-city where the students can get the best of education as well as entertainment at the same time. It is a replica of a city with roads, vehicles and a whole lot of activities like bank, fire station, science lab, radio station, police station, court room and prison, dental as well as medical hospital, theatre, BRTS, heritage gallery, town,governance, IT centre, News room, ice-cream factory, etc..

In the simulated building, kids also got uniforms and equipment to play roles of various occupations like doctors, fire-fighters and manufacturers, just as in real life. Unlike theoretical knowledge, the highly practical experience that Kids City offered was much more effective and the best part was that kids never get bored of it! So kids, got ready to enter the land of great fun and true learning.

Theatre activity – The students dressed up in the costumes of famous leaders and gave a stage performance .A puppet show followed by a magic show was also shown .

Ice cream Factory – Our love affair with ice cream is centuries old. Students were demonstrated how Icecream is made from a blend of dairy products(cream,condensed milk,butter fat),sugar,.. In the end students were given a cone of icecream which they all relished..

TV Studio(Meet the CM)-A television studio is an installation room in which video productions takes place, here the students got a chance of interviewing the CM, ( Mr.Vijay Rupani) and their interview was also displayed on Tv screen outside.

Fire station- The students extended their knowledge of fire fighters. They got a hands on-experience on fire safety and the very important community helper- the fire fighter. They learned and experienced how firefighters use their fire truck in an emergency. The students also used different equipments like water spray extinguishing system for fire protection .It was a fun filled, informative experience which the children can use to associate with their immediate environment.

Ambulance 108- An ambulance is a special vehicle that helps sick or injured people get to the hospital. In this activity students were dressed up as doctors and one of the student was made to lie on the stretcher then the students were asked to check his pulse through sthethoscope importance of first aid was explained to the students .Finally they were taken to the hospital in the ambulance.

BRTS- It is a bus rapid transit system in. In this activity the students were explained the different routes of the roads. They went in the bus and took a short round.

  It was a very educative, extremely exciting, exceptionally interactive and totally safe service that was available.
