Kathan, an ex – student of St. Kabir, is now an opening batsman for Gujarat Ranji Cricket Team.. In his last Ranji Trophy Match, he scored a fluent century and took his team to a comfortable position.
During his school days, Kathan Patel was part of School Under-14, Under-16 and Under-19 teams winning all the major tournaments. He was also selected for District, State and Western Zone Teams for all the age categories.
St Kabir School provided him a very conducive and enabling platform to groom and nurture his cricketing talents to become a Ranji Trophy player.
We wish him many more laurels and progress further onto the India XI very soon.
