KABIRIANS LEARNT AS WELL AS ENJOYED VISITING INDIA’S JURASSIC PARK….. (DRIVE IN NEW)

In order to educate the Kabirians about Dinosaurs and it’s fossils, St. Kabir School Drive In New had organized an educational trip on 7th January 2020 to India’s Jurassic Park ‘Balasinor Fossil Park’ located in Raiyoli village near Ahmedabad.
There was a lot of excitement as the children got into the buses as they knew that it was going to be a memorable trip.
On reaching the World’s third largest Dinosaur Fossil Site, they were served tasty Idli, Sambhar and Vada for breakfast.
After the breakfast, the children were taken on a guided tour to Raiyoli Dinosaur Excavation Site hosted by Princess Aaliya Sultana Babi, the former princess of Balasinor.
In this fossil park, the children were able to witness the remains of around 13 species of dinosaurs found there.
They also got a chance to touch the fossils of dinosaurs and could even hold dinosaur eggs which were 65 million years old. It was quite amazing to spot the bones and remains of the Dinosaurs in their natural form.
The children then proceeded to see the Dinosaur museum depicting as many as 40 sculptures of various dinosaurs that threw light on their size, shape, habits and habitat. They enjoyed watching a 3-D film which was prepared on Rajasaurus Narmadensis.
After exploring the Dinosaur Museum, the students were served with ‘Pav Bhaji’, Pulao and Gulab Jamun for lunch which was truly enjoyable!
This trip proved to be a brilliant learning experience for the students. Kabirians had fun with their friends and they also returned home with sweet memories.
They also thanked the school management for organizing such amazing trips.
