KABIRIANS ENJOYED AS WELL AS LEARNT….. (DRIVE IN NEW)

In order to make learning more fun, the students of Std. V were taken for an educational trip to Havmor, Parle –G,GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI) and Auto World Vintage Car Museum on 26th October 2018.

The students started their amazing journey in a comfortable private bus arranged by the school management. As soon as they boarded the bus, the children were provided with tasty and appetizing snacks.

At first, the children visited the Parle-G Factory. At the Factory, the students were taken to the production unit where they observed the different steps of baking and packing biscuits.

They were also shown a beautiful promotional movie advertising all the products of Parle Company. The students were served with freshly baked glucose biscuits which were really delicious!

When they reached Havmor, the children saw the process of manufacturing Ice Cream. A special guided tour through the manufacturing and packaging unit of the factory was done.

The person in charge of the unit gave a brief introduction of ‘Havmor’ company and its products, and explained the entire process to the students. Students gathered information about how different Ice creams are made, packed and dispatched. At the factory, the students were treated to the yummiest ice-cream sundae as a complimentary. Lastly, a short presentation on the entire process of ice cream making was shown to the students.

The students were then taken to GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI). The children were explained that ‘ 108 Emergency Response Service’ was a free emergency service providing integrated medical, police and fire emergency services. The students gained practical knowledge of the actual working of the organization. They were gifted with wrist bands to make it even memorable.

Lastly, the children went to visit ‘Auto World Vintage Car Museum’ an open-air museum showcasing high-end vintage automobiles, carriages, motorcycles & other vehicles.

The museum took them back to the time when the automobile industry was emerging in India and cars were known more as a status symbol. They were amazed to see different models of cars and learn about them.

The experience of this tour was really fantastic and unforgettable. It was reverberating experience which cherished one and all.

Educational trips are beneficial and have always played an important role to improve the practical knowledge of students.

We are deeply thankful to Director Madam and Pragya Madam for arranging such trips. This beautiful journey wouldn’t have been possible without their kind support and encouragement.
